Hi, I'm Becky.

I like to run, and I love to eat.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach, and I help people cut through the noise to actually achieve their health, fat loss, and performance goals.

Because I’ve been there.

At university, I gained weight and felt completely out of control with my body - and honestly, pretty miserable. So I did what most people do…

I started dieting.

And not in a smart, sustainable way.

I went all in on Slimming World, juice detoxes, “clean eating”…
every quick fix going.

And like most people, I ended up stuck in the cycle of:
restrict → fall off → start again...
