Hi, I’m Becky - a BTN Academy Certified Nutrition Coach helping people improve their health, lose body fat, and perform at their best without extreme diets or all-or-nothing thinking.
My coaching is built on evidence, but it’s grounded in real life too.
Like a lot of people, my interest in nutrition started from personal experience. After gaining weight at university, I felt unhappy in myself and did what so many people do when they want to change their body:
I started dieting.
Slimming World, juice detoxes, clean eating - I tried all the usual “solutions”. And unsurprisingly, they were miserable to stick to and never felt sustainable for real life.
At some point, I realised there had to be a better way.
That’s when I found BTN Academy and started studying nutrition properly. The no-nonsense, evidence-based approach completely changed the way I saw food, fat loss, and long-term health.
Instead of following restrictive rules, I learned how to:

eat well without obsessing over food

lose weight in a sustainable way

build habits that actually last

support my health and performance at the same time
And that changed everything.
That journey also led me to fall in love with running. Since then, I’ve completed 6 half marathons, 2 marathons, and 1 ultra marathon - and I’m not stopping any time soon.
Now, I help others do the same in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and effective.
