1-2-1 NUTRITION COACHING

Consultation Phase:
-    I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and food diary.
-    From this information, I will then complete an initial assessment of your current lifestyle, training, and diet. We can then discuss a plan to help you reach your goals.
-    The assessment is in-depth, and will take into account aspects of your well-being, to ensure you not only reach your main goal, but also benefit from better sleep, more energy, immunity, increased motivation and better performance at work and in training.

The Plan:
-    Your plan will be fully tailored to you and your needs.
-    We will work in four-week blocks, then tweak and adjust as and when it's needed.
-    I will provide you with recipe ideas, as well as a few day’s worth of example meal plans (please note, these are examples – this plan is built to be flexible, if I set you a strict 7 day meal plan, we lose all flexibility!) 

Education:
-    I’ll provide you with easy-to-understand nutrition documents that will explain what you’re eating and why, as well as information and tips to improve certain lifestyle factors that will impact all aspects of your life.

- Unlike so many other nutrition coaches out there, I will work with you on a 1-2-1 basis, instead of as part as a larger group
-    You'll have my number, and I'll encourage you to Whatsapp me as much as you need.
-    I am available, I am your coach! And I welcome you to get in touch with questions, or if you need some help and advice – use me!

- I will teach you how to fuel for your training and goal races, as well as how best to eat for recovery and performance.
