Sticky Chilli Ginger Noodle Recipe! 🥡🥢🥡⁣



This delicious noodle dish packs some great flavour!⁣

I’ve made it with lean beef mince, but it also works well with Quorn mince (adjust ingredients / macros etc as necessary)⁣

Serves 2⁣

Per serving: 540kcals | 40.9g Protein | 56g Carbs | 18.8g Fat⁣


2x nests of fine egg noodles⁣

2x spring onions, sliced ⁣

100g mange tout⁣

1x red pepper, sliced thin⁣

1 tbsp light soy sauce⁣

1 tbsp rice vinegar⁣

1 tbsp sesame oil⁣

15g ginger past or 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger⁣

40g chilli jam⁣

1x red chilli, chopped⁣

250g lean beef mince or quoin mince⁣


1. Boil a pan of water, cook noodles as per packet instructions⁣

2. Heat a large pan, add the mince and cook until browned⁣

3. Add the mange tout, red pepper, half the spring onion, and the ginger paste - stir well and cook for a few mins⁣

4. Add the rice vinegar, chilli jam, soy sauce, and half the chilli - stir well⁣

5. Toss the drained egg noodles in the sesame oil, and season with salt⁣

6. Plate up the noodles, and top with the sticky ginger beef!⁣
