Bacon, Spinach, and Mozzarella Frittata Recipe 🍳🥓

Give this quick bacon, spinach, and mozzarella frittata a go for a tasty lunch - high in protein and fats - full of goodness!

Serves 1
Macros per serving - 500kcals | 40.5g Protein | 12.3g Carbs | 32.7g Fat
Ingredients:
- 5g butter
- 2x eggs
- 30g leek
- 2x rashers of bacon
- handful of spinach
- 15g mozarella
Side salad:
- 25g avocado
- 100g cucumber
- handful of salad leaves
Method:
1. Fry the leek and bacon in the butter until cooked
2. Stir through the spinach
3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and then add to the pan
4. Cook through
5. Top with mozzarella and then pop under the grill until melted
6. Serve with salad, cucumber and avo
