Carbohydrates are the main energy source of the human body 2. You need a lot of energy everyday just to stay alive 3. Some cells can ONLY use carbohydrates to function 4. Doughnuts 5. Pizza 6. Bagels 7. Etc You get the picture. Can you lose weight on Keto? Sure. Because you’re in a calorie deficit that has been created by cutting out an entire food group. An important food group. A tasty food group. Can carbs make you fat? Sure. If you eat too many and break your calorie maintenance level. Same with protein. Same with fats. Same with everything 🤷🏼♀️
