Carbohydrates are the main energy source of the human body⁣⁣ 2. You need a lot of energy everyday just to stay alive ⁣⁣ 3. Some cells can ONLY use carbohydrates to function⁣⁣ 4. Doughnuts⁣⁣ 5. Pizza⁣⁣ 6. Bagels⁣⁣ 7. Etc⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You get the picture. ⁣⁣ Can you lose weight on Keto? ⁣ Sure. Because you’re in a calorie deficit that has been created by cutting out an entire food group. ⁣ An important food group. ⁣ A tasty food group. ⁣ ⁣⁣ Can carbs make you fat? ⁣⁣ Sure. ⁣⁣ If you eat too many and break your calorie maintenance level. Same with protein. Same with fats. Same with everything 🤷🏼‍♀️
